Good easy riddance.

So limiting coffee or teas to every other day has been…


I can say I wake up and crave my glass of water versus my ol’ cup of coffee that had previously haunted me for years.

It was pretty easy – I went cold turkey without it for a week then  I started drinking some here and there.

So right now, I can go days without coffee, and have it occasionally. I’m pretty happy about this. Typically I treat myself to a  good ol’ cup of Tims, But really starting June first  (my official “Vegan” date) I will have to take it black or bring almond milk with me ? Hmm.  or just never go back to Tims again …
