Dinner Time.

Hii Darlings
So yesterday I had 4 people over for a pork tenderloin roast seasoned with honey sauce and garlic, mashed potatoes, mashed carrots mixed with mashed turn up, broccoli and five pepper gravy. My four guests were Olivia, Jessie, Grace and Kelly  Olivia was the first over and showed up with Creme a le Sucre and champagne. Then Kelly and Grace showed up with these AMAZING homemade buns. Finally an hour late my other guest/friend Jessie showed up with peanut butter cookies an hour late. But regardless it was great, everyone enjoyed the meal. It was great company, I had so much fun. I can’t wait to do it again, I wonder who will have the next get together ? Hmmm
At first I was a bit nervous, I have never had more than like 2 people over at a time. Therefore I had to SUPER clean my house. It was really clean 🙂 and organised and then my Boyfriend help me cook :] Everything turned out super awesome in the end.
For those of you who were interested in how I seasoned my Pork loin (which was about 2 feet long and about 8 inches high – super big!) I started with slits cut about an inch long into the fat across the top of the loin, I sliced garlic and just poked it in to the slits I had cut (about 3 cloves, sliced into about 4 pieces). The in a measuring cup I poured 2 table spoons of soya sauce + 1 table-spoon of brown sugar + 2 table spoons of honey all together and mixed them then based the pork in it.  cooked it for two hours with tin foil over it in a glass dish 🙂
Let me know if you guys try making the dish, it’s fantastic!
Peace.
