which is awesome but it means two things im either going to buy a house or start paying rent.
-_- ive always wanted to own this little house it is incredibly cheap and once im done living in it i could rent it out ( so therefore it would be a profitable investment)
I’ve previously have lived in it for 4 years and then after a huge fight i moved out exactly one year ago, since the passing of my mother my father has soften up and agreed to sell/rent it out to me (meaning that im renting it until im approved to buy it).
|Also another update – I’ve been having a great summer, but will not meet my savings goals for this summer i will be around 400 short.
