I’m not one to cook, mind you apparently if I put my mind to it I can.
Today I made my first ever soup, 100% vegan and it had some organic products in it. No added butter or oil, no added salt either.
I’ll let you guys know how it tastes and if it is good then I’ll blog my recipe 🙂
What is the difference between potassium and salt (sodium) ? does anyone know ?
Peace 🙂
I truly admire those who can cook! I once made soup with my little brother and he insisted upon putting leftover goat’s fat (from a dripping pan) into it. Not very vegan!
Good luck with your tasting.
Hi! Maybe I can answer your question. I’m assuming it was in reference to the values listed on the nutritional labels. Sodium chloride is table salt, and potassium chloride is just a different salt used in food processing (a salt is any chemical formed from the reaction of an acid with a base). Both are needed by the body in moderation. Hope this helps, and congrats on making your first soup!
