My latest lifestyle change is to go for a walk every day. Changing habits may be a bother at first, but you will soon soar to new heights as you trot along the highway of life.
I’m also making some changes in my lifestyle. Going vegan would probably be too difficult for me but I’m sure interested in how it’s going for you. 😉
